How to complain

If you are unhappy with a car or with our service, contact us first so we can try to put it right. Call 07713 889225 or email sales@hzcars.co.uk with your name, the car's registration, and details of the problem.

We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it directly with you.

Alternative dispute resolution

If we cannot resolve your complaint between us, you may be able to refer it to [ADR BODY].
